Construction Details

  • Our chairs are manufactured from high-quality plating-grade steel – a significant strength advantage over the industry standard.
  • All joints are hand-tailored, coped and brazed to maximize strength, create a smooth finish and prevent rust.
  • Premium glides blend pure Nylon 66 with a super-dense additive for unsurpassed wear resistance.
  • HR (High Resilience) foam is considered the Cadillac of cushioning. We use it in all our upholstered seating for an unbeatable combination of comfort, support and durability.
  • Technical bulletin CAL 117 fire retardant upholstery materials are standard on all seating products.
  • All chairs meet or exceed ANSI/BIFMA strength standards.
  • Chairs are individually inspected by hand (and trained eye) before they ever leave our factory.

Finishing Details

  • Paints are applied via an automotive-grade powdercoat system that assures equal coverage of every facet of our most complex shapes and designs.
  • Epoxy/polyester finish is baked in to create a beautiful, durable, color-rich surface.
