We Are Open for Business
In compliance with Michigan law, we will open our factory at full capacity on Monday, May 11, 2020.
While we are incredibly excited to get back to work, we also know there has been a fundamental change in how we approach our work. Below you will find information on how we are keeping our employees safe as they return to the factory.
As for our customers, we are still here for you. Feel free to order finish chips, or email customer service with questions. While we may be returning to work, we still plan on hosting virtual meetings and events. Your local rep is also here to support you.
As the situation evolves, we will be updating this page with the latest news and information. We thank you for your patience, understanding, and support during this extraordinary time.
Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees. Since our closure in March 2020, our Covid Response Team has been working tirelessly to rework our facilities and workflows to keep our employees safe once they return to work. Changes to our factory include:
- Increased space between workstations
- Mandatory hand washing breaks
- Increased disinfection and sanitation of workstations
- Touch free job updates
- Mandatory use of face masks
We're Still Here to Help
Our front office team is working remotely – and still here to serve you. Customer service is available via email and is ready to quote, enter orders, and answer any questions you may have.
Due to the mandatory closures, shipments scheduled from March 23 through May 1 have been delayed. Customer service will contact all customers affected by the delays and schedule and new ship date. If you have questions or are concerned about an order, please email email@example.com.
Connect with Us
Now more than ever, we believe in the power of human connection. While we can't bring people together physically, we're hosting fun, informative, and design-driven events online and will gladly chat with you virtually. Follow us, shoot us an email, or sign up for an event–we're still getting social.
