4 Reasons to Love The Harper Collection
See how the Harper Collection combines two familiar materials, steel and wood to create a timeless, modern seating solution.
A classic collection with a few new twists, Harper is the modern chair and barstool line that defines versatility. Designed by Joey Ruiter, who also dreamt up our Sadie II and Leo collections, Harper breathes new life into a familiar form. Here are four reasons why we think you’ll love our new Harper restaurant seating collection.
1. Extremely Versatile
This word gets thrown around almost as frequently as “millennial” these days, but in this case, it’s valid. With just a simple switch of fabric or powder coat color, this chair fits easily in with trendy restaurant furniture, a modern university cafeteria or even an office.
2. Choose Between Three Distinct Bases
Ruiter wanted the collection to feel cohesive without being too “matchy matchy,” which is why he designed three distinct bases: a stacking A-frame, 4-leg, and X-base variations.
Make a statement with the forward thinking X-base design, keep it practical and utilitarian with the fun A-frame, and if you’re really daring, mix and match a few different styles in one space for an invigorating impact! The steel frames can be finished in any of our standard powder coat finishes or give it a more custom look with any RAL powder coat color.
3. Four Different Seat Options
Love the warmth of a wood seat? Or do you prefer the support of a fully upholstered chair? You can finish the wood shell in any of our 16 standard wood finishes, or add a pop of color and texture by selecting a complimentary fabric (available on partially or fully upholstered models). If durability is your primary concern, the entire line is available with a laminate shell that has a beautifully exposed, natural wood edge. Laminate shells are available in a wide variety of Wilsonart or Formica patterns.
4. BIFMA Tested
Did you know that we offer a 10-year structural warranty? Each and every chair and barstool we offer goes through rigorous strength and durability testing to make sure that it can withstand the daily demands of a busy restaurant or cafeteria. The weight capacity of this collection meets or exceeds all BIFMA standards.
